We offer a wide variety of dishes, including selectable set menus, fried rice, and noodle dishes.

Lunch Set
A value set that includes rice and soup, with a choice of 7 main dishes. Enjoy authentic Chinese flavors with options ranging from Mapo Tofu to Twice-Cooked Pork with plenty of vegetables and meat.
Rice Dishes
Various types of fried rice and Tenshinhan are available. Served with soup.
Noodle Dishes
Popular dishes such as Dan Dan Noodles, Taiwanese Ramen, and Nagasaki Champon.
Dim Sum
Exquisite items that can be enjoyed à la carte, such as shrimp dumplings, xiaolongbao, and Agu pork gyoza.
Dessert
Chinese desserts are also available to cleanse your palate. We recommend the rich brown sugar syrup almond tofu.

Dinner
Enjoy a variety of à la carte dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Seasonal Menu
Ryukyu Summer Banquet
This Chinese course lavishly uses natural blessings, including vegetables and seafood grown in the Yanbaru region, and pumpkins and bitter melons harvested from our own Kanucha Resort farm. The "Braised Shark Fin with Crab Meat, Corn, and Dictyophora Mushroom" is a luxurious summer dish featuring braised shark fin topped with savory crab meat, accompanied by Dictyophora mushrooms and sweet corn for a harmony of textures and rich flavors. The "Steamed White Fish from Nago Market" allows you to enjoy fresh, fluffy steamed white fish with a mild and flavorful cream sauce made from pumpkins grown on our farm. To conclude your meal, we have prepared a diverse dessert buffet featuring fruit papaya pudding, mango pudding, Nakijin brown sugar almond tofu, and baked sweets. Please enjoy the taste of the season to your heart's content, with each dish reflecting the colors of summer.
