◆Mint Chocolate:
The surface is coated with a mint glaçage, creating a refreshing early summer feel. The two layers of mint and chocolate mousse are well-balanced, resulting in an elegant and refined taste.
◆Seasonal Tart
A perfect tart for summer, where you can enjoy both the gentle sweetness of fresh melon and the refreshing acidity of pineapple. The crispy almond tart base provides a nice accent and harmonizes exquisitely with the juicy fruits. It's characterized by its light and balanced flavor.
◆Melon Roll Cake
Moist and fluffy melon sponge rolled with melon cream and jelly. The pale green color evokes the feeling of early summer. This is a pastry chef's recommendation, featuring a light texture and plenty of mildly sweet cream.

Original Sweets
Unique sweets. We present two distinct creations: a cake made with Okinawa's local liquor, "Awamori," and a baked donut with a special focus on texture. Both are masterpieces our pastry chef is proud of.
Awamori Cake

Awamori Kosen Cake
Made generously with "Kosen," a fascinating Awamori produced by students of the National Institute of Technology, Okinawa College, using 100% black koji mold. Its flavor varies by production year, which is part of its charm. Please enjoy the sweet aroma of Kosen in this edible form.

Kanucha Donut
A proud creation from our pastry chef after much trial and error. Based on the concept of being delicious whether freshly baked or cold, this fluffy baked donut is characterized by its gentle sweetness. We've set an affordable price so that many guests can enjoy it.
